We are delighted to have partnered with Countryside Mobility to make an electric all-terrain mobility scooter – called a Tramper – available for you to book for a visit to Upton Country Park.

Designed specifically to cover rough ground and grass safely, the Tramper can go up and down slopes, over bumps and tree roots, through shallow puddles and across mud and soft ground. With a top speed of four miles an hour it can keep pace with walking companions.

Subject to trained staff availability, the Tramper is available Monday to Saturday (not Sundays) from 10am with a last return time of 4pm.

Pre-booking is essential and to avoid disappointment please book well in advance, ideally a minimum of three days before your planned visit, so that we can ensure a trained member of staff is available for you.

For insurance purposes, you must be over 14 years old and a member of Countryside Mobility to use the Tramper. If you are not already a member, you can sign up at the Welcome Centre. You can also pick up a copy of our ‘Tramper Map’ which indicates all the footpaths suitable for the scooter, those which are less suitable, and includes other tips to ensure you enjoy your all-terrain experience.
