Art in the Park 2026 – create an artwork outdoors in one day, open to all

Art in the Park is organised by Poole & East Dorset Art Society (PEDAS) for those who love painting en plein air!
Supported by Overbury’s Fine Art Supplies, Westbourne
You are invited to come along on Sunday 7 June to draw or paint around Upton Country Park, completing your picture within the same day.
Open to all.
First prize: £100 art materials voucher, £25 each for two runners up.
Bring your own materials and register at the Welcome Centre before you start (in the main car park, open from 10am).
Entry fee of £6 is payable per work (cash only, no wifi). Your work is to be completed by 3pm.
Dorset-based artist Kim Day, Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year 2026, will give a demonstration and select our prize-winners.
