Located in tranquil woodland next to the front lawn of Upton Country Park, Oak Sauna offers a welcoming space to unwind, recharge and reconnect with nature. Changing rooms, cold shower and picnic benches make your visit easy and comfortable, whether you’re here for a solo escape or a group outing.

Regular sauna use is known to support relaxation, improve circulation, ease muscle tension and promote overall wellbeing, leaving you feeling refreshed in both body and mind.

Open every day from 9am to 5pm – including New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day – The Oak Sauna is easy to fit into your visit, with no rush and no pressure, just time to relax and breathe. Enjoy woodland walks, gardens, shoreline views and historic surroundings before or after your sauna session.

With on-site parking, tea rooms, gardens and family-friendly facilities nearby, Oak Sauna is a wonderful addition to a day out at the park.
