There is an off-road cycle route to the Park from Poole Railway Station via Holes Bay, which should take 15-20 minutes to ride. To walk the route would take about 50 minutes.
The Poole Heritage Cycle Route is a circular 7.5 mile / 12km route between Upton Country Park and Poole Old Town that takes in The Quay and plenty of points of historical interest along the way. Without stops the trail is around a one hour cycle, or a 3 hour walk. Both ends link to the network of Poole Cycle Routes.
